If you were a current member prior to August 17, you should have received your ballot.

Otherwise, you can join us Election Night and cast your vote then. September 21 at Charlies.

Imporant Dates and Deadlines to Remember:

September 1, 2023

ALL Election Applications and Campaign Materials must be submitted, either via electronic communication to Membership@CGRARodeo.com or by mail. Electronic submissions must be submitted no later than 11:59pm MT; postal submissions must be officially Postmarked by September 1, 2023. See below and attached for more details.

September 6, 2023

No later than September 6, 2023, the Election Committee will send a ballot to your mailing address currently on file with the Membership Chair, via the United States Postal Service, or you may visit [this link] to sign-up for digital ballot distribution. Please note, no more than one ballot may be submitted per eligible voter.

September 21, 2023

Following the General Membership Meeting at 7:00pm, Elections will begin at 8:00pm. Each Candidate will be allowed to read their bio before the Membership proceeding in-person voting. Be ready for a fun show while the Election Committee tallies final votes, and administers any Runoff Elections, as necessary. The goal of the evening is to complete elections no later than 11:00pm.
