Poster Competition Requirements
No rasterized images. No AI generated posters.
1. Poster Size:
The final poster must have dimensions of 11 inches by 17 inches (portrait).
2. Design Specifications:
The poster must be created using multiple layers in the design process. This can include elements like background, text, images, and other visual components that are separate layers to allow for editing and adjustments.
3. Format:
The final submission must be in high-resolution digital format (preferably .PSD, .AI, .PDF, or another layered file type). Make sure the resolution is at least 150 dpi to ensure print quality.
4. Content Guidelines:

The poster should be visually engaging, with clear, legible text.

All design elements should be original or appropriately credited if using stock images, fonts, or resources.

Focus on artwork. Rodeo details will be added to the winning poster.

Any text included should be in English.

Text that can be used for typography: Rocky Mountain Regional Rodeo 42 or RMRR 42; July 11-13 2025; Denver Colorado; National Western Complex;
5. Color Mode:
The design must be in CMYK color mode to ensure the colors print accurately.
6. Text and Typography:

Use legible fonts and clear typography.

Maintain a balance between the text and visual elements to ensure the poster is not overly cluttered.
7. Branding or Logos:
If applicable, include any required branding, logos. Ensure these elements are high resolution. A link to CGRA vector logo is included at the bottom of this page.
8. Submission:
Submit the poster design electronically by February 6, 2025 in the required format.

9. Copyright and Usage:

The design must be original and not infringe upon any copyrights.

CGRA reserves the right to use the poster for promotional purposes if selected.
